I was hesitating whether to take IELTS or TOFEL. I heard of a piece of inspiring news that more than 1000 US institutions recognised IELTS and my favourite university was in the list. I made up my mind to sit IELTS. It took me two months to prepare for IELTS. I could not help crying when I saw my score was 7.0. IELTS gave me more confidence when applying for the university.
